Review of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act (PSEMA)
The Northern Territory Government has now considered the Report of the Review of the Northern Territory Public Sector Employment and Management Act (the Report) of the Review Committee, endorsed it, approved all of its recommendations and approved the preparation of new legislation.
My Office will now commence drafting the legislative bill that will ultimately be considered by the Government and the Legislative Assembly. Consultation with stakeholders will occur at appropriate intervals during the drafting process.
