Core Business

  • Provide advice, policy, direction and support on people management and workforce planning and development.
  • Provide advice, policy, direction and support on both public and private sector workplace relations including enterprise agreement negotiations.
  • Administer and ensure compliance with PSEMA and other relevant legislation.
  • Review and support NTPS management  practices and performance.
  • Ensure merit, diversity and fairness through education, awareness and effective, impartial and independent grievance review and appeal processes.
