Public Sector Appeal Boards hear Promotion, Disciplinary and Inability appeals and operate as independent statutory tribunals, located for administrative purposes within the Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment.
The Secretariat function for Public Sector Appeal Boards is carried out by the Promotions Appeals & Grievance Reviews unit.
