Monitor and Evaluate Bullying

Aa key to the sucess of any NTPS agency workplace bullying prevention strategy is the ongoing monitoring progress.

The development and implementation of reporting requirements and an undertaking to conduct regular reviews of the strategy will ensure is continued effectiveness and appropriateness, even in those agencies where workplace bullying is perceived to have been eliminated.
