Lodgement
The appeal period is fourteen days, commencing on the day on which the provisional promotion is notified.
Notice of intention to appeal must be given to the Promotions Appeal Board, (A form for lodging Promotion Appeals is available here, or by request from the Promotion Appeals Board office.)
The notice of appeal must state the:

Date provisional promotion was notified;

Agency making the promotion;

Position name and job number of the vacancy;

Name of the provisional promotee; and
-
Appellant’s name, designation, Agency, address for correspondence, email address and contact telephone number
