Developing skills and fostering a philosophy of lifelong learning into our existing workforce will be the key in overcoming labour market challenges such as skills shortages, an ageing workforce and changing societal values.
A suite of leadership programs and short courses are available to Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) employees. Development is critical to building a public sector that is contemporary and delivers high quality public leadership.
To register your interest for a program with no set date or where the set date is not suitable, please complete and submit a nomination form and indicate ‘Wait List’ in place of the course date. OCPE will notify you by email when a new date is published.
