PSEM Regulations
The PSEM Regulations are made by the Administrator and include the following prescribed set of principles which apply to all employees, including Chief Executive Officers:
- Principles of Public Administration and Management;
- Principles of Human Resource Management; and,
- Principles of Conduct.
PSEM (Exemption) Regulations
The PSEM (Exemption) Regulations covers the exemption of certain employees from application of by-laws.
