NTPS Workplace Agreement 2008-2010 Passes the Fairness Test
Click on this link to read the letter from the Workplace Authority advising that the Northern Territory Public Sector 2008--2010 Union Collective Agreement passes the fairness test. The fairness test applies to collective agreements lodged on or after 7 May 2007 that change or remove certain protected conditions. It applies to agreements that cover employees who work in industries or jobs where a federal award applies. For the purposes of the fairness test there are 13 Awards displaced by this agreement.

Medical Officers Workplace Agreement 2008-2010 Passes the No Disadvantage Test
Click on this link to read the letter from the Workplace Authority advising that the Medical Officers (Northern Territory Public Sector) Workplace Agreement 2008--2010 passes the fairness test. The fairness test applies to collective agreements lodged on or after 7 May 2007 that change or remove certain protected conditions. For the purposes of the fairness test the AP807 Medical Officers (Northern Territory Public Sector) Award 2001 was used in relation to the employees subject to this agreement.
