NTPS Employee Survey - Have your say!

On Monday 27 July 2009, all Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) employees were invited to participate in the first NTPS Employee Survey. In a message sent to all NTPS employees on 2 July 2009, Ken Simpson, Commissioner for Public Employment explained "the purpose of the Survey is to obtain employee's opinions about the work practices and cultures in the NTPS workplaces so that future work programs of agencies and the OCPE can continue to ensure that the NTPS is an employer of choice."

“I chose to work in the Northern Territory Public Sector because of the great career and development opportunities. I encourage you to complete the employee survey to make our public sector an even better place to work.”

Renee Bandes,
Department of the Chief Minister

“I love working in a dynamic environment where everyday is a new challenge, where people are supportive and career opportunities abound. Take the time to complete the NTPS survey; this is your chance to have a say!”
