Professional 1 Appointment Level

Chief Executive Officers are able to appoint an employee to the third or fourth salary point of a Professional 1 classification, dependent on the degree held in accordance with clause 2.1 of Schedule 6 of the NTPS 2008-2010 Union Collective Agreement.
