Leadership Programs
Remote Workforce Development Strategy funding may be available to support remote employees to participate in:
- Discovery (a leadership program for women)
- Kigaruk (a leadership program for Indigenous men)
- Lookrukin (a leadership program for Indigenous women)
- Public Sector Management Program (a leadership program for aspiring executives)
Application processes apply for each of these programs; financial assistance will only be provided if the remote employee has completed this process and has endorsement from their agency to participate in the program.
Funding levels vary; generally course fees will be paid, along with funding for travel and accommodation to allow remote employees to attend these programs.
