ADAMS Sue – Having worked for over 18 years in Commonwealth and ACT Public Service including the Australian Embassy in Bangkok, Sue has a solid understanding of public sector culture, context and environment. Sue has worked for government funded agencies in the areas of disability, ageing, youth and as a health care professional with the Canberra Hospital. Sue has coached SES, executive officers and departmental officers within the APS. Her focus being on career progression and transition, developing leadership and building high performing teams.

ALEXANDER Darryl – has extensive experience in the federal public sector as a senior manager. He has worked for human services agencies and commercial government organizations implementing services and programs. His experience includes working from Canberra and also being based in several State capitals. Darryl has several years experience as a senior executive service officer with Centrelink. Darryl’s experience sees him well placed to develop practical solutions to the problems facing organizations. He has particular strengths in people management at all levels including individual and team based situations.

DRAPER DR Anthony (Tony) – Over 700 hours one on one coaching with professionals. Tony has worked for more that 15 years in executive roles for international corporations in Canada, New Zealand & Australia. He has coached executives in leading public & private sector organisations and has run ‘manager as coach’ programs for a variety of organisations. 

EMBERSON Matilda – 20 years combined experience in the public, community and private sectors including as a business owner and consultant. Professional experience includes - people management, executive coaching, recruitment, change management & organisational development and policy analysis. This complements my professional development in coaching, facilitation and strategic management.

PILGER Sangeeta – Executive Coach and Facilitator with clients from: University of Canberra; Department of Defence; Insolvency and Trustee Services Australia;  Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry; Department of Innovation, Research and Science, Australian National University and the Womens Information Referral Centre. She successfully positioned her business for take over and sold to Corporate Express Australia Limited, an ASX listed Company.
