Public Sector Management Program

Welcome to the Northern Territory Public Sector Management Program.

The Public Sector Management Program (PSM Program) is a joint venture between Commonwealth, State and Territory Governments, the program is a national strategy to deliver high quality public sector management training.

The PSM Program equips middle to senior managers to meet challenges today and tomorrow, by providing them with the knowledge and abilities required to become effective public sector leaders.

Regular curriculum reviews ensure that the PSM Program reflects the latest management practice, incorporates government objectives and is responsive to client needs.

In the Northern Territory, the PSM Program is hosted by the Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment.
