NTPS Program Prospectus
In recent years the OCPE has increased the number of management, leadership and executive development programs which it co-ordinates. In addition, several other agencies, including DCIS, also offer programs at various levels.
OCPE have received feedback from agencies that there is confusion as to which program best suits the needs of potential participants; there is a perception that sometimes catchment groups overlap; and that it is not clear whether programs articulate into each other and whether any credit standing is available.
The purpose of this webpage is to captures information on training and development programs (non occupation related) which are offered by agencies across the Northern Territory Public Sector.
The prospectus template will enable prospective participants to compare and contrast program content and outcomes and to make an informed decision as to which program best suits their requirements.
