NTPS Staff Survey
Employee surveys are used in many public or private organisations to 'take the pulse' of the organisation to see what is being done well or should be celebrated, and what can be improved.
In 2009 the first Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) Employee Survey was conducted. Over 4,500 staff from all NTPS Agencies responded.
A second survey was conducted in 2011 with almost 6,000 responses.
