Executive Contract Officers

In accordance with the Public Sector Employment and Management Act, the Commissioner for Public Employment (the Commissioner) is empowered to determine terms and conditions of employment for all Northern Territory Public Sector employees. Executive Contract Officer, terms and conditions of employment are set out in Determination 13 of 2011.

Guidelines for Executive Contract Employment in the Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) have been developed to support the management of Executive Contract Officer’s employed within the NTPS.

These guidelines set out the minimum requirements for aspects of Executive Contract Officer terms and conditions including:
